Role Summary

Leads the firm’s compliance and risk management strategy, ensuring full alignment with regulatory expectations, industry standards, and internal governance frameworks. Oversees the design and implementation of enterprise-wide compliance programs, AML/CFT policies, risk assessment models, and control mechanisms that safeguard Digital FinReg’s operations and client engagements. Advises executive management and clients on emerging regulatory developments, fintech supervision, and risk mitigation approaches across payments, microfinance, and digital financial services ecosystems. Drives compliance automation initiatives in collaboration with the Technology and Product Engineering Division to enhance monitoring, reporting, and audit readiness. Responsible for maintaining regulatory relationships, supervising internal compliance reviews, and ensuring that all business lines and technology solutions adhere to local and international compliance requirements.
